Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and encourage the adoption of internal business processes.
• Create clear project briefs to communicate objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative Operations Director to build project schedules, assign resources, and manage shifting priorities.
• Track project budgets and timelines; clearly communicate changes and updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent communication and transparency on project progress.
• Oversee project workflow using Monday.com and keep teams aligned and on track.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet brand and creative standards.
