Elemental is seeking a Creative Analyst to join our Communications team. This role sits at the intersection of project management and visual storytelling. We're looking for someone who pairs exceptional attention to detail with a creative mindset. You enjoy bringing structure to creative work, are comfortable moving between project management and hands‑on execution, and are eager to explore how new tools-including AI‑can make creative teams more effective. You will also help bring Elemental's brand to life across our digital channels, visual communications, and events while keeping a fast‑moving portfolio of creative projects organized and on track.

You are equal parts organizer and creative thinker. You like making complex projects feel manageable and take pride in the details that make creative work excellent. You can keep a project tracker organized one moment and jump into a presentation or social graphic the next.
You're naturally curious about visual storytelling and emerging creative tools. You don't need to be a specialist designer, photographer, or videographer, but you have a strong visual eye and a desire to learn about what makes creative work clear, engaging, and on-brand.
You thrive in collaborative, fast‑moving environments and are comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing sight of the details.
