Digital People seeks a Creative Project Manager to drive print and digital initiatives. This hybrid North Shore role combines project leadership with operations coordination across creative, marketing, and external vendors to keep programs on schedule.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, anticipate risks, and maintain clear communication while leveraging Wrike to track progress and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, creative operations, or marketing operations.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Wrike or similar PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables stay on track.
• Coordinate resources across creative, marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and communicate issues and solutions.
• Maintain project schedules and status updates using Wrike.
• Prioritize projects and manage competing deadlines and resources.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items to keep teams aligned.
