Job summary

WWE is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the flow of creative work from intake through final delivery in a fast-paced AAA environment. You will work across internal teams and external partners to keep projects on time and on brand.

You will partner with designers, licensing, merchandise, talent, and marketing, ensuring clear briefs, accurate timelines, approvals, and budgets while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Thorough knowledge of creative project and production management with print, digital, merchandise, and brand asset workflows.
• Experience supporting licensing submissions, merchandise creative, talent-related projects, logo development, or brand asset development is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships across AAA and related business functions.
• Manage projects through all phases of design, licensing, and production.
• Coordinate intake, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approvals across concurrent assignments.
• Partner with designers and creative leads to define scope, deliverable requirements, and workflow needs.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, schedules, and action items for visibility.
• Keep current with AAA programming, talent, events, brand priorities, merchandise needs.
