Job summary

Bandit Running, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production planning and execution for photo, video, content, and brand productions in New York.

You will own crew and equipment, locations, schedules, travel, catering, call sheets, and on-set logistics to keep the creative team focused on delivering outstanding work. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, photo/video production, or production coordination.
• Experience producing photo and/or video shoots in fashion, apparel, sport, lifestyle, editorial, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of the production process from pre-production through shoot day and post-production.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics of creative productions across campaigns, product launches, editorial, social content, e-commerce, events, and brand initiatives.
• Support Senior Producer in developing production plans, schedules, budgets, and approaches.
• Independently manage smaller-scale shoots from pre-production through wrap and delivery.
• Coordinate photographers, directors, stylists, hair and makeup, talent, crew, vendors, locations, equipment, catering, transportation, and other production needs.
• Source and coordinate freelancers and production partners; maintain relationships with Bandit’s creative network.
• Create and distribute call sheets, production schedules, crew lists, contact sheets, and other documents.
• Coordinate shoot logistics including scouting, permits, equipment rentals, travel, accommodations, catering, transportation, on-site needs.
• Support casting and talent logistics (schedules, releases, fittings, travel, day-of coordination).
• Track production budgets, estimates, invoices, PO’s, and expenses with Senior Producer and internal teams.
• Be a point of contact for vendors and crew; assist on set and troubleshoot issues.
• Anticipate production needs and potential issues; coordinate post-production logistics as needed.
• Maintain organized production files, releases, and documentation.
• Help develop and improve production processes, templates, and systems as Bandit scales.
• Support multiple productions and projects with high organization and attention to detail.
