Job summary

Havenly is hiring a Creative Production Coordinator to support our creative production team in keeping photoshoots, studio operations and campaigns running smoothly. You’ll assist with shoot prep, inventory management, and ensure projects from shoots to events come to life seamlessly.

This role works across Havenly’s brand portfolio (Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, St. Frank) and requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment in

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production, studio, marketing or creative operations.
• Experience supporting photo and/or video production, including logistics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management abilities and timelines handling.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and project-management tools like Asana or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including call sheets and schedules.
• Support on-set operations, coordinating talent, crew, products and props.
• Manage samples, props and assets, keeping everything shoot-ready.
• Keep the creative studio organized and functioning efficiently.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers and vendors.
• Coordinate with offshore partners and sourcing teams to meet project needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact across teams to keep timelines on track.
