HH Global is seeking a Design Lead to spearhead an always-on creative production engine for a premier global technology client in the AI space. This role sits in a high-performance Creative Production Hub overseeing end-to-end digital assets across static and motion design.

You will stitch briefs into actionable specs, champion innovation, and integrate generative AI and automation to scale across 20+ markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in progressive creative production leadership within a fast-paced agency or in-house studio.
• Experience integrating AI and generative tools into production workflows.
• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Agility to operate in rapid production sprints with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume production of digital static and video assets.
• Define technical specifications for designers, motion artists and editors.
• Mentor and line-manage a team of visual and digital designers.
• Collaborate with project managers and creative technologists to optimize workflow and deadlines.
• Scale assets across 20+ markets with localization and governance.
• Implement AI and automation tools to accelerate production.
