Onward Search is seeking a Creative Producer (Marketing Strategist) to support entertainment retail campaigns in Los Angeles. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive 360-degree campaigns, overseeing execution across digital, video, in-store, and lifecycle touchpoints.

The role is onsite in LA with travel requirements and an opportunity to shape customer acquisition beyond top-of-funnel activities, collaborating with agencies and partners to bring strategic concepts to life.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Creative Producer or related experience.
• Experience supporting product launches and major campaigns.
• Strong background in consumer-facing marketing campaigns.
• Experience across video/AV, social, paid media, and experiential activations.
• Experience managing agencies, production companies, vendors, and creative partners.
• Entertainment, streaming, media, gaming, or agency background.
