Job summary

DE-YAN is seeking a Creative Producer to own projects from concept to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and clients. You’ll ensure concepts stay on strategy, on budget, and on time, while driving momentum across all moving parts from kickoff to final polish.

You will build detailed Scope of Work documents, manage resources, vet external partners, and negotiate contracts to support compelling proposals and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of production experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Proven track record developing comprehensive SOWs and managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K.
• Strong instincts for creative development and ability to speak the language of concept, strategy, and design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects through all phases: kickoff, ideation, concept development, refinement, and delivery.
• Partner with creative leads to keep concepts sharp, on-strategy, and moving forward at each development stage.
• Develop comprehensive Scopes of Work with client objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage resources, schedules, and stakeholder communications to keep the process on track.
• Source, vet, and manage external contractors and vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.

You're the central hub for both clients and the DE-YAN team — someone who anticipates what's needed before it's asked, keeps the creative process moving with real momentum, and always has a clear view across every moving part, from first concept to final polish.You'll take full ownership of creative projects from first idea to final delivery, shaping how concepts develop and holding the work to a high creative standard while keeping it on budget and on time.
