Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a creative Print Production Coordinator on a contract basis in New York. You will coordinate production of in-store signage, manage supplier delivery, and maintain comprehensive project records from start to finish.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in retail/consumer marketing or print production, strong communication and project management skills, and an undergraduate degree in a related field.

• 1+ year of experience in retail/consumer marketing or print production.
• Excellent communication, business acumen and teamwork abilities.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant area.
• Demonstrated problem solving, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of in-store signage including digital, offset and large format materials with Marketing teams.
• Manage creation of distribution lists and ensure delivery of all projects with external suppliers.
• Maintain records for all projects from start to finish (POs, artwork routing, invoice approvals).
• Maintain digital and physical collateral archives.
