You will assist customers, help them find products, guide checkout, enroll rewards, and support omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store.

Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings; the role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and aligning with store standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with guests of all ages.
• Experience working with children and children’s events is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and nonverbal forms.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events, including children’s parties, in-store.
• Engage clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate crafts, face painting, and related activities for events.
• Coordinate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Assist customers with shopping and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Educate customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll them.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance; assist with stock and planograms.
