Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to oversee Environmental and Experiential Design from Costa Mesa HQ. You will drive development and execution for the Environmental Design team, coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and creative leads to bring branded spaces to life.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in architectural design and brand activations, plus strong communication and global project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a project manager or producer in architectural design, events, or related fields.
• Experience supporting creative teams in studio/agency settings.
• Understanding of environmental graphics standards across surfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration across creative and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and work on-site at HQ.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Environmental Design team, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage full lifecycle of global office, production, and trade show projects.
• Lead discovery, translate goals, and coordinate with design leads.
• Maintain environmental guidelines for cohesive brand showcases.
• Facilitate reviews and feedback among team and leadership.
• Oversee budgets and resources and report on status.
• Collaborate with logistics, facilities, and external vendors.
