Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Project Manager (Creative Operations) for a temporary, on-site assignment in Los Angeles. The role coordinates creative projects across digital, print, and motion platforms, managing schedules, resources, workflows, and communications to support timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong workflow knowledge, and the ability to lead meetings and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production, creative services, marketing, or a related field; agency, network, or studio experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of design, digital, video, and broadcast production workflows; streaming knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from concept through delivery.
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Hosting meetings and gathering and delivering creative project feedback for a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Airtable and familiarity in digital and print production workflows and basic knowledge of non-linear editing systems, Airtable preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative workloads, project schedules, deliverables, and documentation across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate resources, staffing needs, freelance talent, and asset delivery with Production.
• Establish and improve workflows for briefing, creative development, production, quality control, and delivery.
• Lead project kick-offs, reviews, presentations, and communications among stakeholders and external agencies.
• Anticipate project needs, resolve issues, and adapt execution to shifting priorities and business requirements.
