Job summary

Pistola Denim is seeking an experienced creative project manager to lead end-to-end production for two fashion brands in Los Angeles. You will coordinate shoots, asset creation across e‑commerce, email, and campaigns, and manage briefs, timelines, and approvals with internal and external teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem solving, and proficiency with Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, with on-site work at our LA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative project management, production operations, or creative operations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating photoshoots and post-production with internal teams and external partners.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects across two brands and maintain timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, establishing timelines, milestones, and approval deadlines across both brands.
• Coordinate asset creation for e-commerce, email, paid media, and brand campaigns.
• Maintain Asana as the central source for project status, feedback, and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal designers, copywriters, and external partners to balance workloads and ensure briefs are complete.
