Accountability: Executive Creative Pastor. Department: Creative. Position Description: The Creative Operations and Office Manager keeps the Creative Team organized, clear, and moving. This role combines creative project management with office and administrative management by owning Asana, calendars, request intake, meeting prep, follow-up, documentation, volunteer tracking, and cross-department communication. Working under the direction of the Executive Creative Pastor, this person brings structure to a fast-moving creative environment so projects, videos, graphics, digital work, and ministry support move from idea to completion with clarity, accountability, and excellence. This role requires a proactive, trustworthy, solution-oriented operator who can identify needs, gather missing information, close communication loops, protect unity, and keep projects moving without waiting for every detail to be handed to them.
