Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Mills River, North Carolina, seeks a Creative Operations Manager to oversee planning, resourcing, and execution of all creative work.

This role ensures the right mix of in‑house talent, freelancers, and vendors to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and on budget. You will partner with creative leadership, manage workflows and vendors, and lead a team while driving cross‑functional collaboration with compliance, supply chain, quality, and brewing.

Qualifications

• 7 years project management, creative operations, or production management experience in an agency or in-house environment (CPG preferred)
• 4 years leadership experience
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; ability to check and maneuver creative files
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in production planning, vendor management and budget oversight

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain master project templates and ensure alignment between strategy and production
• Coordinate resourcing and project plans with creative leadership
• Oversee the in-house creative team and provide coaching and support
• Manage end-to-end production process from intake to delivery on time and within budget
• Serve as central point of contact for creative resourcing including freelancers and vendors
• Collaborate with brand managers and marketing leads to clarify scope and timelines
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate estimates
• Monitor workload and capacity across the creative team and address gaps
• Work cross-functionally with compliance, supply chain, quality and brewing to protect quality standards
• Lead by example and create playbooks for internal partners on processes and expectations
• Select and obtain cost estimates from external vendors as needed
• Ensure deliverables meet Sierra Nevada’s brand standards and quality benchmarks
