Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a Creative & Content Operations Leader to optimize processes, workflows and digital asset governance for a global team. This role serves as the operational backbone, managing intake, resource planning, workflows, and data-driven decision support.

The candidate will drive AI-enabled improvements, dashboards, and vendor management, collaborating with design, content, multimedia, and 3D teams to scale output while maintaining high quality and tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative operations, marketing operations, project management, or related field.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or content teams.
• Expertise with workflow and project management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative workflow operations, including intake processes, project prioritization, SLAs, and production planning.
• Coordinate resource planning and capacity management across design, content, multimedia, and 3D teams.
• Lead production meetings and monitor workloads to address bottlenecks and competing priorities.
• Develop scalable content production workflows, standards, and approval processes to improve efficiency.
• Own Digital Asset Management (DAM) governance, including taxonomy, metadata standards, content lifecycle management, and asset reuse strategies.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities and promoting adoption.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to track utilization, throughput, and performance.
• Manage freelancers, vendors, and external resources, including onboarding, utilization, budget tracking, and performance management.
