Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Creative Operations & Production Intern for Summer 2025 in Culver City. The role supports data migration into Airtable and content processing across teams, with hands-on experience in creative operations and SaaS platforms.

You will assist in training, organizing assets, and ensuring timely task activation, while working 40 hours per week in person at the Culver City office.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative operations and producing content via internships or student projects.
• Understand creative workflows for design, video, and animation.
• Mac and Google Suite proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar SaaS.
• Strong data organization and naming conventions.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point person for data migration into Airtable with cross-functional teams.
• Help establish milestones, map workflows, identify user types, and build dashboards.
• Support training and adoption post-migration.
• Ingest, process, and activate new SaaS requests.
• Create folders/spaces for new assets and deliverables; ensure all files uploaded and complete.
