The Insights, Strategy & Analytics Sr Analyst supports audience insights, research, analytics, and strategic planning across Sony Pictures Television Studios' Game Shows, Nonfiction, and Scripted series (specifically: superhero, science fiction, and fantasy genres), The Sr Analyst will also support ISA’s Strategy team. As part of the ISA team, the Sr Analyst will support ISA Game Show leads and collaborate with partners across Development, Production, Marketing, PR, Franchise, and other teams. The role uses audience data, consumer research, social intelligence, and marketplace analysis to help answer key business questions and inform creative development, content strategy, marketing, and franchise growth. The Sr Analyst will support series throughout their lifecycle—from development and concept testing through launch and ongoing performance—and help the team understand what audiences want, why content resonates, and where opportunities exist in the marketplace. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, clear communication, and a passion for television and audience behavior.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $90K to $110K. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
