Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program offers an internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will work on creative merchandise for global campaigns, coordinate with overseas partners, and leverage AI tools to analyze data and benchmark products.

This internship provides networking and development opportunities, and a chance to build transferable skills for your career in a leading blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation; quickly develop multiple product bundle ideas.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with strong execution.
• Strong aesthetic sense with brand identity, market trends, and user preferences.
• Prior experience in merchandise production or branded merchandise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creative merchandise sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
• Support vendor/designer communication, evaluate materials and production, and follow up on samples.
• Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor benchmarking.
• Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track progress, provide updates, and assist with inventory management.

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities / 岗位职责:

• Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
  协助全球周边项目的创意选品，能够提供多主题的创新搭配。
• Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production.
  参与周边设计沟通、材质工艺评估及样品打样跟进。
• Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
  熟练使用 AI 工具辅助数据分析、选品分析、成本测算及竞品周边监测。
• Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.

Requirements / 岗位要求:
