Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years digital design experience and execution.
• 2+ years experience collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Creative and ADX team leads to align brand identities across media.
• Review project intake forms and track ongoing work.
• Design and deliver digital assets (logos, banners, infographics, gifs, print-ready files, simple motion).
• Adapt layouts to different mediums and specs.
• Coordinate with requesters and kickoff calls to clarify needs.
• Flag complex asks for 3P agency assignment and delegation to Creative Director.
• Upload assets to internal DAM tools after project completion.
