Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Multimedia Designer for the Delivery Experience (ADX) team. You will create engaging digital content and assets across channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold brand guidelines and drive project success.

The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, strong design eye, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to deliver bar-raising assets for DSPs, AFPs, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of digital design experience.
• 2+ years collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Experience with customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• 3+ years working with established brands for a large corporation.
• 2+ years designing for print.
• Experience creating reusable graphic templates.
• 1+ years using project management tools like Asana or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Creative and ADX team leads to adopt multiple brand guidelines across diverse media needs.
• Review internal Creative team intake forms and track ongoing work.
• Design and deliver digital assets such as logos, banners, infographics, GIFs, print design, simple motion design, and PowerPoint edits.
• Adapt layouts to fit various medium specifications.
• Facilitate discovery/kick-off calls to understand project needs and flag risks.
• Flag complex creative asks to the ADX Creative Director for agency assignment.
• Upload final assets to internal DAM platforms after project completion.
