Responsibilities

• Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures
• Maintain control of the bar area during shifts including closing
• Attend vendor training and comply with beverage laws
• Know product recipes and manage stock and requisitions
• Create and update cocktails to enhance guest experience
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks to recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas and glassware
• Stock beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks
• Uphold health and safety standards
• Collaborate with servers and staff to deliver excellent service
• Adhere to hotel policies and maintain standards of excellence
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
