Job summary

• Maintain bar area control during shifts, including closing.

• Know product recipes and manage stock and requisitions.
• Create/update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks per recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain bar equipment cleanliness and ensure glassware readiness.
• Stock beverages, garnishes, and bar snacks for service.
• Uphold health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver excellent products and service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
