• Maintain control of the bar area during shifts and during closing.

• Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks per approved recipes and guest preferences.
• Ensure bar equipment, glassware, and areas are clean and maintained.
• Stock beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks for service.
• Uphold health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with servers and staff to deliver excellent products and services.
• Adhere to standards of excellence in attitude and performance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of hospitality and enhancing the guest experience through top-tier beverage service.

What You Do:

• Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain control of the bar area throughout scheduled shifts, including the closing process
• Attend responsible vendor training and ensure compliance with all applicable beverage laws
• Possess thorough knowledge of product recipes and service procedures, managing stock and requisitions effectively
• Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes and guest preferences
• Ensure proper maintenance of bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment through regular inspections
