Job summary

Berklee College of Music seeks a Performance Division Student Assistant to support promotion, communication, and documentation for Performance Division programs and events. This role is ideal for a student with strong creative skills and experience with digital media, graphic design, and photography.

You will help maintain a consistent and engaging public presence across platforms while supporting day-to-day communication needs.

Qualifications

Current student in good academic standing.
Experience with graphic design and visual content creation.
Proficiency with creative and/or business communication software.
Photography experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must submit a cover letter & provide examples of creative visual work during interview.
Federal Work Study student may apply.
In good disciplinary standing.
Must be located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule social media posts for various Performance Division programs and events.
Design promotional materials, including flyers, digital graphics, and other marketing assets.
Attend Performance Division events to photograph, document, and promote activities.
Edit and organize media for promotional and archival use.
Assist with program communications, including email newsletters and announcements.
Perform other related duties as assigned
