Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking an energetic Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and production of campaigns for the commercial real estate business.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, apply strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborate with national marketing to deliver compelling content and events.

The role emphasizes initiative, communication, and project management to help Stream attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with CRMs, WordPress, Ceros, and video editing a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals; ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on strategic marketing and positioning plans.
• Delivers marketing deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
• Designs marketing packages, brochures, reports, presentations, websites, landing pages, digital and print ads, social posts.
• Assists with project management and marketing technologies (virtual tours, marketing automation, web analytics, reporting).
• Manages content on CRE platforms and social media.
• Coordinates with national marketing for press releases and events.
