Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer with experience in commercial real estate to support sales professionals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, delivering high-quality marketing materials and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You will create Stream-branded materials, tailor collateral for client properties, and translate complex CRE concepts into clear design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate.
• Advanced design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• HTML/Dreamweaver experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Layout and produce Stream-branded marketing materials for property listings.
• Create tailored collateral for client properties in print and digital formats.
• Format data into visually compelling graphics for market reports and newsletters.
• Collaborate with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects.
• Become an expert user of Stream's marketing technology tools.
• Translate creative strategy into direction for presentations and pitches.
• Convert CRE concepts into effective design strategies.
• Stay ahead of design trends to boost brand awareness.
• Work with the marketing team to determine optimal design approach.
