Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, TX seeks a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a fast-paced CRE environment. You will craft creative materials using Adobe Creative Suite, design brochures and digital assets, and manage content across platforms.

You will collaborate with national marketing, support events, and drive campaigns that meet client needs while maintaining high standards of quality and organization. A degree and CRE experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CRE experience preferred.
• Expert level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with CRMs, WordPress, Ceros, and video editing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Tech-savvy with strong project management skills.
• Adapts to a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years marketing support experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing Dallas Fort Worth market. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team-player, capable of managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment, has solid design skills, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where strategic and proactive solutions are celebrated and rewarded. This role will support the strategy and production of campaigns that drive marketing and communications goals. Integrity and resourcefulness are essential for this position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps develop and execute on strategic marketing and positioning plans.
• Delivers cutting-edge, creative marketing deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
• Designs marketing packages and brochures, reports, presentations, websites, and landing pages, digital and print advertisements, social media posts, etc.
• Assists in the project management and application of critical marketing technologies (i.e., virtual tours, marketing automation, web analytics, and reporting).
• Manages content on various commercial real estate and social media platforms.
• Works with national marketing to collect information for press releases.
• Helps facilitate and project manage client and networking events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years’ commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with CRMs, WordPress, Ceros, and video editing a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher).
• Tech-savvy, curious, and resourceful with strong project management skills and experience.
• Adapts to a fast-paced environment while managing deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required. 3 years’ experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities.
