Job summary

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer with CRE experience to support sales professionals by creating Stream-branded marketing materials, client collateral, and data-driven visuals.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality design in a deadline-driven environment and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. The candidate will leverage Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and develop compelling graphics to tell client stories while staying

Responsibilities

• Layout and produce Stream-branded and custom marketing materials to promote Stream property listings, including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics
• Bring clients' story to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties through print and digital assets
• Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts, and tables
• Work closely with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production
• Champion and become an expert-level user for Stream's relevant suite of marketing technology tools
• Translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through
• Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to discuss and determine the best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project

POSITION OVERVIEW

We areseeking a dynamic Graphic Designer with experience in commercial real estate and confidencein their ability to provide critical support to our sales professionals. This highly organized candidate has a keen eye for detail,ensures a high standard of quality,deliversa customer service-oriented attitude,and thrives in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate
• Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign,Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience is a plus
• Motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plus
• Knowledge of website development platforms is a plus
• Highly organized with a focus on customer service with a great attitude, workethicandstrong senseof team, shown through a friendly,proactiveand professional approach
