  • Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring key deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Allocate creative resources effectively, balancing workload across design, copy, video, and production teams.
  • Facilitate daily/weekly status meetings to align on priorities and identify risks or blockers.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project status, updates, and communications.
  • Program Management:
  • Lead day to day on program management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support program roadmaps, success metrics, and communication plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to ensure program milestones are met.
  • Monitor progress of multiple projects within a program, ensuring interdependencies are tracked and managed.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs and workflows.
  • Forecast and manage resources to support program execution and scalability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Certification in a related field - preference.
  • 3 years of experience (open 4 or more as long as they fit the bill rate) in traffic management, project management, or program management, ideally within an agency or in-house creative/marketing environment.
  • Agency experience
  • Experience in B2B or Tech Industry (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, video, digital production).
