Job summary

CharCharms LLC is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to own the visual execution of the brand. You will plan photoshoots, direct campaigns, and create launch calendars to ensure every touchpoint feels elevated and on-brand.

The role is hands-on and involves directing shoots, editing campaign assets, planning retail launches, and developing creative concepts for viral products, working closely with the CEO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, brand, creative, or content roles.
• Experience producing photoshoots from concept through execution.
• Strong photography and photo editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
• Experience working with consumer products, retail brands, or ecommerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Campaigns: develop concepts for product launches and retail campaigns; plan shoots; direct production briefs; supervise photographers and models.
