Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business-oriented major, preferably with a focus in real estate.
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills; ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit graphics, flyers, digital ads, social media assets, and other branded marketing materials.
• Assist in developing visual concepts and creative solutions for digital, print, and property marketing campaigns.
• Produce and edit photography, video, and short-form content for leasing, property, and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative team on design projects from concept through execution, including layout development and asset preparation.
• Support email marketing campaigns, website content updates, and digital property listings; conduct market research to aid presentations.
