Job summary

Kimco Realty Corp. is seeking interns to join a collaborative, growth-oriented team for a summer internship. Expect ~40 hours/week for ~8 weeks with an hourly rate of $20. Responsibilities include budgeting support, tenant compliance, and creating presentations. Open to undergrad/grad students in business with strong written/verbal/analytical skills.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major.
Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with specialty leasing and tenant compliance projects.
Draft tenant correspondence regarding lease violations and unauthorized uses.
Support the preparation of the 2028 operating budget.
Compile backup documentation and financial support materials for budget reviews.
Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations related to the budgeting process.
Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives within the Property Management Department.
Assist with research, reporting, data analysis, and other projects assigned by the Property Management team.
