Job summary

Pepper Construction seeks a creative, driven Marketing Intern to learn marketing in the construction industry. You’ll gain exposure to marketing support across the project lifecycle from pursuit to completion.

Responsibilities include designing collateral, capturing photos and video at events, assisting with proposals and internal communications, updating the project database, and supporting daily marketing needs in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current college student entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year (2026/27)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
• Experience creating and managing content for social media
• Strong graphic design, writing and proofreading skills, with brand adherence
• Able to work collaboratively and independently on deadline-driven projects
• Reliable transportation for travel to activities

Responsibilities

• Designing print and digital marketing collateral
• Attending events and jobsites to take photos/video for social media
• Assisting with proposals, presentations and internal communications
• Updating project management database
• Supporting day-to-day marketing needs as needed
