Job summary

Twin City Concrete Products is seeking a Design & Marketing Specialist to support design, multimedia, and packaging initiatives across all brands. The role creates marketing materials, digital assets, photography, video content, and packaging artwork, ensuring branding consistency across platforms.

Using Adobe Creative Suite and related technologies, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and production partners, manage multiple projects, and help deliver on product launches and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and other relevant technologies.
• Portfolio samples required; packaging design is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage graphic design projects across multiple mediums (sell sheets, catalogs, brochures, ads, digital, web, social).
• Create visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
• Art direct photography and video shoots; manage assets across marketing channels.
• Maintain brand assets, logos, templates, and style guides to ensure branding consistency.
• Create and maintain packaging artwork; coordinate with printers and vendors; support packaging updates.
