Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary and food safety certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Assist the Executive Chef in establishing budgets and adhering to them.
• Ensure food and beverage products are prepared and served according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and functioning properly through inspections and PM programs.
