Job summary

Born Social, a social-first creative agency and part of Croud, is seeking an Account Director to lead client teams in the US. You’ll own strategy, relationships, and delivery across retainers and projects, guiding cross-functional teams to produce outstanding work.

You’ll develop senior client plans, manage scope and timing, and contribute to new business growth while upholding Born Social’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social-first delivery across strategy, creative, media and management.
• Experience in commercial running of account work and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Account Leadership: develop strategy and output for each client and guide delivery.
• Account development: build senior client relationships and communicate value.
• Project Management: manage calls, meetings and quarterly reviews with stakeholders.
• Commercial Management: ensure scope, time and deadlines are met; handle resourcing.
• New business & growth: contribute to pitches and strategic direction.
