You will oversee output across client accounts, mentor the team, and create case studies and thought leadership that reflect the team’s quality and impact. Strong social insight, pitch experience, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in conceptual creative or creative strategy.
• Track record of pitching and delivering industry-leading creative campaigns.
• Experience delivering creative direction and ideation for big-name global brands.

Born Social is a global media, creative, and data agency within Croud, built to help brands create meaningful momentum. This hybrid role in New York, NY centers on shaping creative direction that performs in the real world, leading pitches, and raising the standard for work across the account.

What you’ll do

• Set the bar for best-in-class creative work by overseeing client deliverables from ideation and pitch through execution and delivery, with each output tied back to the brief and the business plan.
• Lead pitches and client presentations, helping bring in new work from both existing and new clients through strong creative, trusted client relations, and clear positioning as a strategic partner.
• Own creative output across accounts and help build a culture of creative excellence with the Creative Team.
• Create case studies, thought leadership, and work showcases that reflect the quality and impact of the team’s output.
• Lead, mentor, and build confidence within the creative team by modeling the department’s culture and values.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in conceptual creative or creative strategy, with strong social experience.
• A track record of pitching and delivering industry-leading creative campaigns grounded in cultural relevance and social insights.
• Experience delivering creative direction and campaign ideation for big-name global brands.
• Confidence as a decision-maker, with the ability to creatively problem-solve and course-correct quickly and clearly.
• Impressive skills in deck creation and presenting.
• Experience working on integrated work spanning media and creative with a social-first lens.
• Ideally, experience with non-profit brands and familiarity with the category.

Compensation and benefits

• $135,000 - $150,000 per year
• 20 days vacation per year plus 12 public holidays
