Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking a Creative and Editorial Lead to build the storytelling engine behind our brand. You’ll set the editorial direction, own quality, and translate customer proof, technical progress, and field stories into compelling editorial content, video, and digital campaigns that establish Bedrock as a defining voice in autonomous construction.

Qualifications

8+ years in editorial, creative direction, or related storytelling disciplines.
Strategic generalist who connects insights to audience and business priorities.
Translate technical material into clear, compelling stories.
Learn fast, ask strong questions, earn credibility with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own editorial strategy, pipeline, publishing cadence, and quality across channels.
Create high-volume, high-quality content to expand brand presence and trust.
Write, edit, interview, develop concepts, and drive work to completion.
Develop standards, guidance, and workflows to ensure on-brand output.
Lead agencies and freelancers from briefing to delivery.
Build and lead an internal newsroom and creative studio over time.
