Job summary

Omni Sprinkler Service & Landscaping is seeking an AutoCAD Design Assistant in Littleton, CO to turn rough measurements and designer concepts into precise 2D/3D drawings. You will draft hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and grading plans while collaborating with landscape architects and field crews.

The role requires 1–3+ years of drafting experience and a strong portfolio of CAD layouts. Experience with HOA and city permitting processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of drafting experience in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or construction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean CAD layouts and detailing.
• Experience transforming rough measurements into precise site plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Transform rough site measurements, hand sketches, and concepts into precise AutoCAD drawings.
• Draft hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and site grading plans.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, project managers, and field crews to ensure buildable designs.
• Revise plans based on client feedback, HOA guidelines, and city permitting requirements.
