Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a Landscape Designer for its Front Range builder services team. The role owns landscape design—from AutoCAD plans and hardscape layouts to material selections—for residential builder projects, and remains involved through installation and handoff.

The company will train on Project Management if needed, expanding your design skills. The position is in-office with time at project sites for communications, change orders, and site hand-off.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in landscape design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools including SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working in the field/project sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Own landscape design (AutoCAD plans, hardscape layouts, material selections) for residential builder projects and stay involved through installation and handoff.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors, communicate changes, and support project handoff on site.
