Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative agency or similar environment, managing creative teams.
• Experience working on performance marketing campaigns (paid social, lifecycle).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction across multiple clients, grounding work in strategy.
• Turn data and insights into actionable creative direction and tests.
• Develop campaigns across channels (paid social, email, web, OOH, etc.).
• Set high standards for quality, storytelling, and measurable results.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of designers and copywriters.
• Build strong client relationships and present work confidently.
