Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its marketing team, supporting two business units. You will develop visual content that strengthens our brand across digital, print, and web channels.

This role offers hands-on experience across campaigns, landing pages, social media, and emails, with collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams. 1–3 years of experience and strong Adobe skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD; Canva Pro experience welcomed and HubSpot familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets across digital campaigns, social media, email, web, and print collateral.
• Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, and basic animations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Develop templates and visual assets for blogs, emails, and social media campaigns in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to execute campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and high-quality output.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices.
