Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Teen Furniture Product Development support role focused on sample management and assisting the design team through presentations and reviews in our San Francisco office.

You will unpack prototypes, coordinate deliveries, place orders, and track samples in PLM systems while helping prepare meetings and displays. The role requires 3–5 years in retail/product environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform light carpentry.

Formación

• Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
• 3–5 years in retail/e-commerce product or manufacturing settings.
• Strong organization and collaborative skills are essential.
• Ability to perform light carpentry and fabrication tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design team throughout product development.
• Unpack and assemble furniture prototype samples for reviews.
• Coordinate deliveries to/from archive warehouse.
• Place sample orders via online system.
• Label and protect furniture samples.
• Track development samples using PLM; print Excel reports.
• Resolve sample delivery issues with logistics partners.
• Assist with furniture presentation setup as directed.
• Produce furniture mock-ups with light carpentry/fabrication.
• Prepare samples for meetings; set up agendas and recaps.
• Organize showroom and storage samples; dispatch older items.
• Send UPS packages and track shipments to overseas teams.
• Request sample fabric yardage.
