Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Floral Department operations with a focus on customer service and readiness.
• Assist with product selection, custom orders, events and consultations.
• Design, prepare, and merchandise floral arrangements and seasonal programs.
• Execute merchandising plans, seasonal sets, holiday programs, and displays.
• Maintain fresh, visually appealing cases, tables, and displays with signage and pricing.
• Monitor plant health, hydration, freshness, and presentation standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, markdowns, and waste tracking.
• Oversee receiving, conditioning, rotation, and cooler organization.
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop floral associates, fostering teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, handling, labeling, and standards.
