OpenAI is seeking a Creative, Experiments to help develop original work for the Experiments program. You'll contribute to a distinctive body of work with frontier models, finding ideas that connect new capabilities with human curiosity, humor, and everyday life.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in creative, experimental work across design, storytelling, and technology.
• Portfolio of original experiments, experiences, or creative projects showing cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to turn open-ended questions into compelling concepts and prototypes using frontier models.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the Experiments program’s slate of ideas, owning individual projects from initial exploration through public release in partnership with creative leads.
• Develop original concepts that use frontier models to create humor, emotional depth, optimism, and meaningful impact.
• Prototype early and often, testing interactions and refining ideas with technical partners.
• Collaborate across design, storytelling, engineering, and production to craft digital and physical experiences with strong craft and clear perspective.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external makers to inform next experiments through audience response and learnings.
