Job summary

ScanSource is seeking a Video Producer and Editor to manage video projects from concept through post‑production. You will participate in pre-production, coordinate shoots, operate equipment, and assemble engaging videos aligned with our brand.

The role requires 2–5 years in video production, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Travel is limited, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional video production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with timelines, scopes, and budgets.
• Assist in script prep, storyboarding, and direction.
• Coordinate shoots, locations, talent, and releases.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Edit and assemble footage for narrative flow and pacing.
• Integrate music, sound effects, and basic color correction.
• Export tailored assets for YouTube, social, internal, and broadcast.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback during review cycles.
