ScanSource is seeking a creative Video Producer and Editor to drive video projects from concept through post-production. You will lead pre-production planning, coordinate shoots, operate gear, and assemble footage into high-quality videos aligned with our brand.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a degree in film/communications/digital arts, and expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. A strong portfolio across field production and editing is essential.

Formación

• 2–5 years of professional video production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Portfolio demonstrating work in both field production and creative editing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop timelines, project scopes, and production budgets for video initiatives.
• Assist in script preparation, create storyboards, and plan visual direction.
• Coordinate set logistics, scout locations, manage talent/crew, and secure release forms.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio during shoots.
• Edit and assemble raw footage to create engaging final videos aligned with brand goals.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, and basic color correction; add motion graphics/titles.
