Qualifications

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and design system libraries for UX design, service design, product design, or digital design.
• 4+ years of leading multidisciplinary design teams for digital product or service delivery.
• 2+ years of leading design work for large-scale digital transformation programs in government or public sector environments.
• 2+ years of designing digital products and services aligned with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1.
• 1+ years of leading stakeholder workshops, design sprints, or co-creation sessions with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for digital transformation programs serving public sector clients.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across user experience design, service design, content, and prototyping efforts.
• Partner with client executives, product owners, and stakeholders to define experience strategies and roadmaps.
• Guide research, journey mapping, concept development, and experience design to improve service delivery.
